Good morning world. If you have stopped learning, you have stopped growing they say. Nowhere is this more the fact than growing a blog. In the past year and a half I started this blog in attempt to gain interest for my book(s). When I first began I did not know much of anything about doing this. About 100 blog posts later I was discouraged. Learning can bring plateaus of discouragement at times. When the way is uncertain there is at times a tendency to stop, stand and stare, not knowing what to do next. Getting the bigger picture can help. The point of blogging is quality content that people want to read. One also needs sufficient content to hold the attention of those who read the blog posts.
I was making progress when I gave up for a season. In the darkest hours of the Second World War, for Britain, Winston Churchill said in a famous 1941 Speech: Never Give in Never, Never, Never.
Having experienced the paralysis of uncertainty briefly in the last year or so, in this blog, then as result of breaking my ribs and out of that need, pursuing online business, I have learned a lot. Affiliate marketing, as I have discovered; or more connected the dots, is the expansion of the linking of my books to booklocker’s website. Amazon for instance makes available hundreds of millions of products etc., you can sell online.
Expanding horizons, more to say to engage you, the reader, now as a coach of sorts, not to tell you the details of IT and become Support, where a Premium Plan at WordPress includes those experts accessed within your own site that would be redundant and unnecessary. Twelve dollars per month for a website with a registered domain and support right in your website environment is a bargain. I also recommend Wealthy Affiliate wealthyaffiliate.com to you as supplemental intensive training. Their included hosting allows for 25 websites internal to their platform and an additional 25 with your own purchased domains. I will keep you posted about my progress and hold hope for your own as well. Start today. Procrastination and paralysis will not help you learn and grow. Please leave any thoughts or questions below.
