Dual Nature of Layered Bible Prophesy Babylon v Babylon the Great

I watched two videos last night by a famous radio preacher.  He very correctly laid out exactly who the Anti-Christ, and the false prophet of Revelation are.  More on this in a future post.

I wish I had opportunity to study world history and time to digest it, for the sake of others, speaking of the young.  Watch this.  Jeremiah 51: 58-64:

“This is what the Lord Almighty says:

“Babylon’s thick wall will be leveled
    and her high gates set on fire;
the peoples exhaust themselves for nothing,
    the nations’ labor is only fuel for the flames.”

59 This is the message Jeremiah the prophet gave to the staff officer Seraiah son of Neriah, the son of Mahseiah, when he went to Babylon with Zedekiah king of Judah in the fourth year of his reign. 60 Jeremiah had written on a scroll about all the disasters that would come upon Babylon—all that had been recorded concerning Babylon. 61 He said to Seraiah, “When you get to Babylon, see that you read all these words aloud. 62 Then say, ‘Lord, you have said you will destroy this place, so that neither people nor animals will live in it; it will be desolate forever.’63 When you finish reading this scroll, tie a stone to it and throw it into the Euphrates. 64 Then say, ‘So will Babylon sink to rise no more because of the disaster I will bring on her. And her people will fall.’”

“The words of Jeremiah end here.”

Jeremiah tells Seraiah to read the words out loud, in Babylon, then tie a stone to it and throw it in the Euphrates.  The Euphrates separated Babylon east from west, the river running North and South.

Iteration # 1 here above.  Iteration # 2 is found in Revelation chapter 1 first paragraph, and chapter 18.  Revelation 1:

“Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.” (NIV)

Parallel foreshadowing in Jeremiah 51 reiterated about Revelation now in Babylon the Great.  Facts revealed about Babylon the Great:  1) A Sea Port [Neither Rome (City on seven Hills) nor Babylon were on the coast … not sea ports]  2) Babylon as Rome ruled the world of their day in the Spirit of Nimrod i.e Babel, Rebellion against God’s rule over His, not yours, His creation.

Revelation 18: 20-24:

For God has judged her
    with the judgment she imposed on you.”

The Finality of Babylon’s Doom

21 Then a mighty angel picked up a boulder the size of a large millstone and threw it into the sea, and said:

“With such violence
the great city of Babylon will be thrown down,
never to be found again.
22 The music of harpists and musicians, pipers and trumpeters,
will never be heard in you again.
No worker of any trade
will ever be found in you again.
The sound of a millstone
will never be heard in you again.
23 The light of a lamp
will never shine in you again.
The voice of bridegroom and bride
will never be heard in you again.
Your merchants were the world’s important people.
By your magic spell all the nations were led astray.
24 In her was found the blood of prophets and of God’s holy people,
of all who have been slaughtered on the earth.” (NIV)

Seven kings and then a eighth.  By others’ knowledge, I have learned of seven re-emergencies of Rome, the last Romanesque Empire iteration being Hitler and Mussolini who were the last to control the area of the former Roman Empire, Musslolini in Rome and Hitler in Berlin, as I am told.  Or were they?  Think this through.  Who conquered them and controlled the area of the Roman Empire beginning in 1944?

Quite independent from any human being whatsoever, in 2004, I began to see an inexplicable picture materialize.  Revelation 18:

“After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven. He had great authority, and the earth was illuminated by his splendor. With a mighty voice he shouted:

“‘Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!’
She has become a dwelling for demons
and a haunt for every impure spirit,
a haunt for every unclean bird,
a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal.
For all the nations have drunk
the maddening wine of her adulteries.
The kings of the earth committed adultery with her,
and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her excessive luxuries.” (NIV)

Harking back to the previous Dual/Multi/Layered story from Jeremiah about the original iteration of Babylon … Spirit of Babel.  Jeremiah 50: 14, 15:

 “Take up your positions around Babylon,
all you who draw the bow.
Shoot at her! Spare no arrows,
for she has sinned against the Lord.
15 Shout against her on every side!
She surrenders, her towers fall,
her walls are torn down.
Since this is the vengeance of the Lord,
take vengeance on her;
do to her as she has done to others. (NIV)

Now back to the subsequent prophetic iteration and layer in history told in advance of Babylon the Great, Revelation 18: 4-7:

“‘Come out of her, my people,’
so that you will not share in her sins,
so that you will not receive any of her plagues;
for her sins are piled up to heaven,
and God has remembered her crimes.
Give back to her as she has given;
pay her back double for what she has done.
Pour her a double portion from her own cup.
Give her as much torment and grief
as the glory and luxury she gave herself.  (NIV)

Who has made the world’s merchants rich by her excessive luxuries?  Revelation 18:

“When the kings of the earth who committed adultery with her and shared her luxury see the smoke of her burning, they will weep and mourn over her. 10 Terrified at her torment, they will stand far off and cry:

“‘Woe! Woe to you, great city,
you mighty city of Babylon!
In one hour your doom has come!’ (NIV)

Does anyone have an image of smoke and burning coming in one hour, that shocked the world affecting World Trade?

I will leave you with this for now, for the sake of reasonable length.  Chris Queen 3/42019.  My book Misquoting Logic HERE by Chris Queen BSME lays this out in detail.  Please hit the Follow Key for future updates.  Please leave your valued comments below and view more posts below the form.
