The U.S. Constitution Still Relevant Today unless you have Rubber Cement For Brains.  How does a Rubber Cement Brain work?  I suggest you get a bottle and pour a palm full, outside, your wife or mom won’t like it on the floor.

Then begin to rub your hands together until the liquid gives way to the rubber and eventually it will bead up and soon you’ll have a ball of coagulated rubber.  So the liquid will stick to anything and then forms a much less tacky solid.

I have decided to make “Rubber Cement For Brains” a keyword.  Just for fun.  In the beginning your brain was sort of like the liquid, easier to get things to stick to it.  Later on brains get to being more like the hardened rubber, harder to get anything new to stick to it.

Why We Need The Constitution

Ronald Reagan once said, paraphrasing, “Their trouble is they know so many things that aren’t so.”  The faulty paradigm syndrome so prevalent when coupled with my definition of ignorance (the science of ignoring the facts) is intellectually fatal.  “Rubber Cement For Brains.”

What does this have to do with the relevance U.S. Constitution Still Relevant Today you might ask?  Well the intellect must be engaged here.  The US Flag, for instance is a symbol of the rights we enjoy under the Constitution.

The words in the Constitution are legal phrases put on the page to establish the legal definitions of which rights are guaranteed to each individual citizen and all the citizens as a whole.  These are not to be infringed by government which is limited in its power.

Lessons Of History

The clear understanding only comes by accurate history in regard to corrupt human nature, as a general rule.  “Power corrupts.  Absolute power corrupts absolutely.”  All the way back to the first example in human history of government and government programs we see a problem.

Nimrod wanted to build a temple to heaven and replace God.  He had to have help.  He was a mighty hunter before the Lord.  One imagines in the first or second generation after the flood most were not amenable to joining his program of challenging God.  So Nim purchased some of them from others, perhaps, to build the ancient version of the World Trade Center.  Most of what I said here is conjecture.

But the underlying reality of broken human character is enough to make it plausible.  Remembering the big three motivators of men and women sex, money and power.  We are in an environment whereby most of the history of the world involves governments abusing, enslaving and murdering their own citizens.

Repeating History Again And Again And Again

It usually goes something like this, the leaders decide whom they don’t like and then demonize them to the remaining majority of citizens.  They harness and nurture this hatred to work their population into a frenzy and then you end up with Buchenwald.

The German people claimed they did not know what was happening.  Eisenhower did not buy it.  He made them go out, suffer the stench of death and clean up the death camps.  He insisted it all be filmed by official US Army Camera Men saying “sooner or later someone is going to come along and deny this happened.”  IT HAPPENED!  It was prophesied also.  Thank you President Eisenhower.  I’m not a Jew but we will never forget.

There are more events like those of 1930s and 1940s, Europe and Asia through history than we can count on scales small or large.  Including the Viet Nam and Cambodia Holocausts after those with Rubber Cement For Brains entered us in a war run by bureaucrats as a police action and then abandoned the cause and those Asians there who wanted their freedom.  But they are dead.

The Communist Party members were stunned when Khrushchev condemned Stalin, first behind closed doors (1956) and then right out in the open (1962).  Khrushchev moved deliberately and slowly enough to reveal the truth of the Hitler-Esque Stalin, without himself being sent to KGB interrogation.

If The Communist Dead Could Speak

If we were able to ask the dead in the former Soviet Union, or the dead as result of Communism in China behind Mao and his cultural revolution and ask the dead, many millions more after the end of the Viet Nam conflict than during and those of the killing fields of Cambodia along with all those in Cuba how about that “Antifa?” in the USA who agrees their response would be STOP THEM.  They are attempting to forward the same Ruinous Revolution, here.  The same has destroyed the once prosperous economy of Venezuela and we have seen the atrocities and starvation that always attends socialism there also.

In the end we will not let them succeed, here.  Those perhaps 200,000,000 dead behind Marx and his Rubber Cement?  The blood of the dead and their dead children cries out from the ground.

In the mean time many millions less people have been killed by their government in the United States.  That is because we live in a democratic republic with the Constitution that says what about religion?  Oh Separation of Church And State.  Rubber Cement For Brains!

Separation of Church and State is not written anywhere in the document.  It’s not there.

Further, this rubber cement for brains idea, probably from some college professor or Glue Headed Journalist is abused to illegally create the Rubber Cement For Brains “Freedom From Religion.”  And the ridiculous idea that those who believe in God are unwelcome in government or that their views may be reflected in government policy.  Excuse me!

First Amendment Fundamental Human Right

Text of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

So the government may not establish any religion as state sanctioned, nor do they have any say in free exercise, therefore, the Johnson Amendment is null and void, it is DOA.  Government has no authorized power to add or subtract anything from what is spoken from the pulpit and it is illegal for them to try.  As to establishment of religion the founders were thinking denomination as a better fit for our understanding.

These things were entered upon to limit the excesses of broken human character inasmuch as the Roman church and then sects of the Protestant churches abused others who refused to surrender in their faith to the conscience of these misguided religious leaders.  This government nor any other is welcome to tell us what we think, or not.  Nor what we are allowed to think. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled the KKK has the protection of the First Amendment fundamental human right to freely speak.

We are not going to have the Pope running our country.  Nor is anyone (Sabbatarian) going to harness the forces of government to enforce mandatory Saturday Sabbath Observance (they tried that).  Nor anyone’s Imam governmentally enforcing Halal Dietary requirements or murder those who leave one religion or the other without answering to the real law here which was long ago ratified by the legislatures of each of the fifty states.

Ask the Japanese how far we are willing to go?  Over 300,000 were killed instantly or indirectly as a result of two nuclear strikes on August 6, 1945 and August 9, 1945 on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

The Actual Authority: “We The People”

“We The People” is where the actual authority was placed by the document.  Nancy Pelosi has no authority, neither Chuck Schumer, Lyndon Johnson, John Roberts, George Bush nor even the current President may usurp that authority, nor fail to punish violence.  They (our leaders) are granted their temporary power according to the limits placed on them by the document, by and through “We The People.”

So the involvement of the religious in government and the desire for reflection of their values in that government are result of the will of the voters in this Republic.

So far, we are substantially resisting the efforts of those who want us to forget God, as they have.  The Amendment is not separation of church meaning no religious people may participate; rather to stop despots with Bibles or other religious documents from solely controlling “We The People” as the consensus of the people so self governed, is the law of the land.

A Religion Established By Government

Then Darwin; about 150 years ago, wrote a different sort of a book and the next couple generations perverted his ideas and turned his incomplete scientific investigation into a religion aimed at destroying peoples’ faith in God.  Darwinism.  The US Supreme Court has defined religion and it fits Darwinism.

So we now have people claiming evidence for Darwin’s ideas and they, the many, like Richard Dawkins advocate ridiculing belief in God.  The Universities are significantly financially supported by government research grants, Student Pell Grants and other programs to include student loans.  Time to end this.

So what is this government doing promoting an alternative religion which the majority of Americans do not believe?  The government is subverting the Constitution.
