Turning The World Upside Down – The Genius Of The Constitution

The Genius Of The Constitution

The intelligent men who framed the Constitution produced a very extraordinary result beyond the comprehension of the many.  Turning the world upside down.  Their troubles leading to the Declaration of Independence are substantially laid out in that short declaration which was a bow shot as the naval strategy goes.

A ship’s captain would drop a canon ball near the front of another ship to signal the other captain, “you shall not proceed.”  The king proceeded.  The story of the war for U.S. Independence is extensively written in history from Wikipedia to detailed doctoral studies.

Remedy For Government Power

After the Revolution was won the Colonists, now nation builders needed to form a government.  Their foundational problem was the primary problem seen in all monarch forms of government.

Arbitrary actions of an individual with the character problems laid out substantively by the apostle in Romans 1:

“They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips,  30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. 32 Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.” (NIV)

This problem of the character of man caused problems all the way back to Nimrod at the Tower of Babel right on through the monarchs of Europe to include King George III.  These men, most notably, Thomas Jefferson, Alexander Hamilton and James Madison, knew history and the abuse from King George III.

Black Lives Matter

“[Alexander] Hamilton continued his legal and business activities in New York City, and was active in ending the legality of the international slave trade. Vice President Burr ran for governor of New York State in 1804, and Hamilton campaigned against him as unworthy. Taking offense, Burr challenged him to a duel on July 11, 1804, in which Hamilton purposefully shot skyward but Burr shot and mortally wounded Hamilton, who died the following day. Hamilton is generally regarded as an astute and intellectually brilliant politician and financier, if often impetuous. His ideas are credited with laying the foundation for American government and finance.” (Wikipedia)

Alexander Hamilton on slavery:

“Hamilton is not known to have ever owned slaves, although members of his family were slave owners. At the time of her death, Hamilton’s mother owned two slaves named Christian and Ajax, and she had written a will leaving them to her sons; however, due to their illegitimacy, Hamilton and his brother were held ineligible to inherit her property, and never took ownership of the slaves. Later, as a youth in St. Croix, Hamilton worked for a company trading in commodities that included slaves. During his career, Hamilton did occasionally purchase or sell slaves for others as their legal representative, and one of Hamilton’s grandsons interpreted some of these journal entries as being purchases for himself.”

“By the time of Hamilton’s early participation in the American Revolution, his abolitionist sensibilities had become evident. Hamilton was active during the Revolution in trying to raise black troops for the army, with the promise of freedom. In the 1780s and 1790s, he generally opposed pro-slavery southern interests, which he saw as hypocritical to the values of the American Revolution. In 1785, he joined his close associate John Jay in founding the New-York Society for Promoting the Manumission of Slaves, and Protecting Such of Them as Have Been, or May be Liberated, the main anti-slavery organization in New York. The society successfully promoted the abolition of the international slave trade in New York City and passed a state law to end slavery in New York through a decades-long process of emancipation, with a final end to slavery in the state on July 4, 1827.”

“At a time when most white leaders doubted the capacity of blacks, Hamilton believed slavery was morally wrong and wrote that “their natural faculties are as good as ours.” Unlike contemporaries such as Jefferson, who considered the removal of freed slaves (to a western territory, the West Indies, or Africa) to be essential to any plan for emancipation, Hamilton pressed for emancipation with no such provisions. Hamilton and other Federalists supported Toussaint Louverture’s revolution against France in Haiti, which had originated as a slave revolt. Hamilton’s suggestions helped shape the Haitian constitution. In 1804 when Haiti became the Western Hemisphere’s first independent state with a majority of the population being black, Hamilton urged closer economic and diplomatic ties.”

“As president, [Thomas] Jefferson pursued the nation’s shipping and trade interests against Barbary pirates [Muslims, of Tripoli kidnapping Americans for ransom … Marines Hymn] and aggressive British trade policies. Starting in 1803, Jefferson promoted a western expansionist policy, organizing the Louisiana Purchase, doubling the nation’s land area. To make room for settlement, Jefferson began a controversial process of Indian tribal removal from the newly acquired territory. As a result of peace negotiations with France, his administration reduced military forces. Jefferson was reelected in 1804. His second term was beset with difficulties at home, including the trial of former vice president Aaron Burr. In 1807, American foreign trade was diminished when Jefferson implemented the Embargo Act in response to British threats to U.S. shipping. The same year, Jefferson signed the Act Prohibiting Importation of Slaves.” (Wikipedia)

But on the other hand:

“During his lifetime Jefferson owned over 600 slaves. As a wealthy landholder, he used slaves in his household and on his plantations. Although the matter remains a subject of debate, most historians believe that Jefferson had a sexual relationship with his slave Sally Hemings, a mixed-race woman who was a half-sister to his late wife and that he fathered at least one of her children.”

“After retiring from public office, Jefferson founded the University of Virginia. Along with Millard Fillmore who founded the University at Buffalo, he is one of only two U.S. presidents to found a university. Jefferson died on Independence Day, July 4, 1826. Presidential scholars and historians generally praise Jefferson’s public achievements, including his advocacy of religious freedom and tolerance in Virginia. Although some modern scholars have been critical of Jefferson and slavery, Jefferson continues to rank highly, among the top ten U.S. presidents.”  (Wikipedia)

The third and most substantial author of the Constitution was James Madison:

“After the ratification of the Constitution, [James] Madison emerged as an important leader in the United States House of Representatives and served as a close adviser to President George Washington. He was the main force behind the ratification of the United States Bill of Rights, which enshrines guarantees of personal freedoms and rights within the Constitution. During the early 1790s, Madison came to oppose the economic program and accompanying centralization of power favored by Secretary of the Treasury Alexander Hamilton. Along with Thomas Jefferson, Madison organized the Democratic-Republican Party, which was, alongside Hamilton’s Federalist Party, one of the nation’s first major political parties. After Jefferson won the 1800 presidential election, Madison served as Secretary of State from 1801 to 1809. In that position, he supervised the Louisiana Purchase, which doubled the size of the United States.”

“Madison succeeded Jefferson with a victory in the 1808 presidential election. After diplomatic protests and a trade embargo failed to end British attacks against American shipping, he led the United States into the War of 1812. The war was an administrative morass and ended inconclusively, but many Americans saw it as a successful “second war of independence” against Britain. The war convinced Madison of the necessity of a stronger federal government, and he presided over the creation of the Second Bank of the United States and the enactment of the protective Tariff of 1816. Madison’s presidency, by treaty or war, added 23 million acres of American Indian land to the United States. He retired from public office in 1817 and died in 1836. Madison was never able to privately reconcile his Republican beliefs and his slave ownership. Madison is considered to be one of the most important Founding Fathers of the United States, and historians have generally ranked him as an above-average president.”  (Wikipedia)

Trapped By Their Own Sin

Many of the founding fathers of the United States owned slaves.  Anyone who owned slaves were extraordinarily wealthy.  The ideas intentionally misrepresented, ill taught and erroneously believed is a criminal action worthy of treason.

The average white man on the street did not, nor could he afford to own a single slave.

“Slaves today (2020) are cheaper than ever. In 1850, an average slave in the American South cost the equivalent of $40,000 in today’s money. Today a slave costs about $90 on average worldwide. (Source: Disposable People: New Slavery in the Global Economy.”

Yeah slaves are still owned in this world and more cheaply than imaginable.

Thomas Jefferson owned 600 slaves.  600 X 40,000 = $ 24,000,000 in 2020 adjusted dollars.

Not many people drive one these cars and especially paid for in cash.  This puts things in better perspective from a financial standpoint.  Reality is all the white people in America do not owe reparations.  Here’s why.

“To this end, the Union Army fought and ultimately triumphed over the efforts of the Confederate States Army in the American Civil War. Over the course of the war,2,128,948 men enlisted in the Union Army, including 178,895 colored troops; 25% of the white men who served were foreign-born.”

Eighty years or so after the Revolutionary War, due to men like Alexander Hamilton who managed the 3/5 of a person compromise and then formed a society for the manumission  (slave holders releasing their slaves as free men) of slaves by their owners, realizing the people were not yet ready for government action.  The populace in 1860 had elected the Republican Abolitionists to office including the White House.

Soon the war was on to end slavery and the Emancipation declared.  The South lost, the slaves were freed by White People, Republican Christian White People.

Unfortunately Lincoln was assassinated and the reparation soon needed reparation itself in the hands of Andrew Johnson.

The Hypocrisy Of Academics

By Michelle DuRoss University at Albany, State University of New York.

Hamilton’s involvement in the selling of slaves suggests that his position against slavery was not absolute. Besides marrying into a slaveholding family, Hamilton conducted transactions for the purchase and transfer of slaves on behalf of his in-laws and as part of his assignment in the Continental Army. In 1777, before he married Elizabeth, he had written a formal letter to Colonel Elias Dayton, relaying Washington’s request that Dayton return a “Negro lately taken by a party of militia belonging to Mr. Caleb Wheeler.” Hamilton, Washington’s aide de camp during the revolutionary war, remained close to Washington throughout his life. He served as his first Secretary of the Treasury and drafted some of his speeches, including the farewell address. Hamilton probably would not have wanted to offend Washington, who owned slaves, and he would have followed his superior’s orders. Although the available evidence is silent on Hamilton’s feelings toward performing this particular duty, his action suggest, at the least, his complacency. After his marriage, Hamilton intervened to retrieve his in-law’s slaves. In 1784, his sister-in-law Angelica wrote to her sister Elizabeth explaining that she wanted her slave, Ben, returned. In response, Hamilton wrote to John Chaloner, a Philadelphia merchant who conducted business transactions for Angelica’s husband, and stated, “you are requested if Major Jackson will part with him to purchase his remaining time for Mrs. Church and to send him on to me.” In addition, Hamilton also handled Angelica’s husband John Barker Church’s finances because the couple spent most of their time in Europe. Hamilton deducted $225 from Church’s account for the purchase of “a Negro Woman and Child.” Hamilton wanted to be part of the upper class and his relationship with the Schuyler family and with George Washington made his wish possible; it was more important to Hamilton to cultivate these relationships than to make a stand against slavery. To be fair, it should be noted that if Hamilton had adamantly opposed slavery enough to refuse aiding the purchase of slaves or the return of slaves, he would not have been able to maintain such influential friendships; consequently, his stand on slavery would have had little impact on the abolition of slavery.” DuRoss

So the handful of white people by comparison have been used by the Democrat (Demonic-Rat) Party to tar and feather all white people and sucker the Black people, through their dishonest press and their manipulative educators.  Oh no I will not back down.  Like the movie the Jerk:  “This is Shit. This is Shinola.”  Let’s do the arithmetic!  Its been sitting here the whole time but the Democrats, their professors, teachers nor their press will show it to you.  From the 1860 Census.  The year the Civil War Started.

Alabama population in 1860:    964,201 with 33, 730 slaveholders 33,730/924,201 = 3.6 % of those in Alabama owned slaves.

Arkansas:  435,450  with 11, 481 slaveholders  11,481/435,450 = 2.63% of those in Arkansas owned slaves.

Florida 140,424 with 5, 152 slaveholders  5, 152/140424 = 3.7% of those in Florida owned slaves.

Georgia  1,057,000 with 41,084 slaveholders = 3.9% of those in Georgia who owned slaves.

Louisiana:  708,002  with 22,033 slaveholders = 3.1 % of those in Louisiana who owned slaves.

Mississippi:  791,305 with 30,943 slaveholders = 3.9% of those in Mississippi who owned slaves.

North Carolina: 992, 622 with 34,658 slaveholders = 3.5% of those in North Carolina who owned slaves.

South Carolina:  703,708  with 26, 701 slaveholders =  3.8% of those in South Carolina who owned slaves.

Tennessee:  1,109,801 with 36, 844 slaveholders = 3.3% of those in Tennessee who owned slaves.

Virginia:  1,596,318 with 52,128 slaveholders = 3.3% of those in Virginia who owned slaves.

Texas:  604,215 with 21, 878 slaveholders = 3.6% of those in Texas who owned slaves.

The last two columns in the chart here above are the most instructive.  Let’s just add them up and see we have a tiny minority of very rich (not all slaveholders were white) mostly white people who owned any slaves.

393, 967 total slave holders in the US out of 31,443,322 people in the US in 1860 ==>>  393,967/31,443,322 = 1.3% of Americans owned any slaves.  So 98.7% of Americans were NOT GUILTY of the SIN of owning human beings.  So stop accusing us, NOW!  We all need to unite against the Democrats and throw them out of Washington D.C.

The vast majority of white people never owned a slave at all.  2341 in the south (owned 100-499 slaves) + 22 in the south (owned 500 or more slaves)  The rest per the census generated chart owned 5 slaves or less and comparing the numbers less than 2363 to 31, 443, 321.  2363 slave owners in the south who owned 100 or more slaves.  Compared to 31.4 million US citizens.  The professors have lied to us all.  A bunch of no account manipulative liars we are paying for?  Worst of all we are sending our children to them for anti-American Marxist indoctrination.  That’s just stupid.

Stalin, Mao, Hitler, Simply Shot Them

We can’t shoot the college professors, the reporters and lawyers.  But we can look into what it is they are teaching that is untruth and we can defund higher education.  That is what I advocate.  I’m an abolitionist.  I’m for abolishing the funding in higher education and school choice in primary.  (Boycott them) Let’s turn COVID 19 into School Choice 2020 and save the Republic.  The press have essentially defunded themselves (ludicrously) supporting ideas and agendas, unpopular to the majority, rather than reporting the facts. (Let their sponsors know you’re not watching) The people don’t trust Congress or the Press and the Universities are no better.  A bunch of liars and Communists.

Unknown Genius

The genius of the the Constitution is revealed from the Bible.  In Matthew 4: 3-11:

“Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. The tempter came to him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread.”

Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”

Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. “If you are the Son of God,” he said, “throw yourself down. For it is written:

“‘He will command his angels concerning you,
and they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.’”

Jesus answered him, “It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’”

Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.”

10 Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.’”

11 Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him. (NIV)

Since we cannot have Jesus for our king in the White House the framers came up with an intelligent solution to slow inevitable degrading into chaos.

History In A Nut Shell

Here, above, is a micro revelation of the entire history of men from Adam onward.  Now this demonstrates the entire creation hanging in the balance.  Here we have one very ancient and crafty mere created being named Lucifer, previously the “angel of light” doing his level best in round 2 (Ding Ding Ding) if Jesus had faltered the authority over planet earth and the house of Adam would have remained in the devil’s control.

So not sure which of the framers was this wise or if it was a case of the kings heart in the hands of the Lord, but framing the Constitution with “We The People” as the authority, and periodic elections, separation of powers, that put the devil in position where tempting one man would not get the job done.  Now he has to do what Abe Lincoln said could not be done:

“You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.”
