Remembering Revelation is a book given to Jesus, the Son, by God the Father for him to reveal things which must soon take place.
Logic To See When

Let’s talk about logic. Preterists will argue until they are blue in the face that Revelation was fulfilled in 70 A.D. when the Syrians and Arabs populating the Roman Legions who destroyed Jerusalem. Are there multiple levels and types of judgments and events there pointing to the ultimate final events? I believe there are.
For instance Revelation 6: 7, 8 pretty clearly show a picture of WWII. But this is only a type of the final seal judgment yet to come, I believe:
“When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, “Come!” 8 I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.” (NIV)
Back to Preterism, scholars nearly unanimously agree the Revelation was written by John while on the Isle of Patmos between 90 and 105 A.D. So that being the case how does something that happened before the prophesy was written down fulfill the prophesy of God written after the event?
That’s not how Bible prophecy works. Preterism here is shown as absolutely not correct.

Sooner, Not Later
Now let’s use a little logic and examine the other error. Post Tribulation Rapture. I call it yo yo theology. Jesus gets here just before the last trumpet judgment in Revelation 11. There is no return of Christ until chapter 20. The trumpets are judgments on mankind who are on the earth.
Those trumpets do not appear or end in Revelation 20 where Jesus arrives in Jerusalem. And in Revelation 19 we see the church for the first time since the early chapters (1 thru 5) at the wedding supper of the lamb post trumpets and previous to Jesus return. How’d they get there?
The event Jesus told you to “keep watch” for
Notice this: Revelation 9: 20, 21:
“The rest of mankind who were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the work of their hands; they did not stop worshiping demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood—idols that cannot see or hear or walk. 21 Nor did they repent of their murders, their magic arts, their sexual immorality or their thefts.” (NIV)
Sins The Lord Hates

Carefully look at this list of sins the dwellers on earth are engaged in. Sexual immorality is defined by God in Leviticus 18. I heard one tell me one time in justifying his sexual sin, Jesus never said anything about it. But he did. Matthew 5: 18
“For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.” (NIV)

Worship of demons certainly includes Baal, Ishtar, Molech and all the other sexually oriented religions also performing child and human sacrifice deriving from Nimrod’s wife and the “Queen of Heaven and all the rest of the false fallen angel rivals of God. Mystery Babylon.

I especially like God’s view of wooden idols whereby a man will carve an image then use the leftover wood to cook his food and then he bows down to the idol ignoring God (he made the made the wood) and what he carved for himself. God’s videos are humorous for those who believe Jesus is the Son of God.
Post Tribulation Rapture?
Back to post tribulation rapture. In Thessalonians Paul plainly tells us why Post Trib is not what the early church was taught but it requires a little thought.
“Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers and sisters, 2 not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by the teaching allegedly from us—whether by a prophecy or by word of mouth or by letter—asserting that the day of the Lord has already come.” (NIV)
Why would they be alarmed? Because they’d been taught the gathering would come prior to the great tribulation which is also found in a prophetic type in Genesis 5: beginning with 21-32 we find out Enoch’s relationship to Noah. Enoch was Noah’s Great Grandfather
When Enoch had lived 65 years, he became the father of Methuselah. 22 After he became the father of Methuselah, Enoch walked faithfully with God 300 years and had other sons and daughters. 23 Altogether, Enoch lived a total of 365 years. 24 Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him away.
Enoch was Methuselah’s father, Methuselah was Lemech’s father and Noah was Lemech’s Son
32 After Noah was 500 years old, he became the father of Shem, Ham and Japheth.
So Enoch was raptured before the flood.
Time Of Jacob’s Trouble
We are informed concerning the great tribulation it is called the “time of Jacob’s trouble” during which we learn in the rest of Jeremiah 30 God is going to judge the nations for how they treated Israel. Jeremiah 30: 7:
“How awful that day will be!
No other will be like it.
It will be a time of trouble for Jacob,
but he will be saved out of it.” (NIV)
So we stand here at the end of days, Israel back in the land as specifically prophesied Jerusalem her capital also specifically foretold and the abomination sitting on a wing of the temple waiting for the “man of lawlessness” See these facts HERE.
Great Tribulation or Dinner Party?

So if we don’t want to receive the “mark of the beast” and to drink the waters that had become blood and weather WWIII where 1/3 of the earth is killed along with all the other plagues and be killed ourselves for naming Jesus as the Son of God by the anti-christ’s henchmen by having our heads cut off.
Instead we want to go to the wedding supper of the lamb in heaven with Jesus we need to surrender to him in the following matters he listed to reveal to John who reveals them to us.
Jesus said, “If you want to be my disciple you must deny yourself, pick up your cross and follow me. I’m taking the high road by faith in Jesus who died for the sin of the whole world as John the Baptist testified and then was raised from the dead as the apostles have testified and then 2,000 years of born again believers after them leading to 2 Billion believers on earth today.
The devil is not happy because he knows his time short.
Beginning here in Revelation 2: 2:

“Then the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!” And he added, “These are the true words of God.”
To the Church in Ephesus
2 “To the angel of the church in Ephesus write:
These are the words of him who holds the seven stars in his right hand and walks among the seven golden lampstands. 2 I know your deeds, your hard work and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate wicked people, that you have tested those who claim to be apostles but are not, and have found them false. 3 You have persevered and have endured hardships for my name, and have not grown weary.
4 Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first. 5 Consider how far you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place. 6 But you have this in your favor: You hate the practices of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
7 Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.
To the Church in Smyrna
8 “To the angel of the church in Smyrna write:
These are the words of him who is the First and the Last, who died and came to life again. 9 I know your afflictions and your poverty—yet you are rich! I know about the slander of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. 10 Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you life as your victor’s crown.
11 Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. The one who is victorious will not be hurt at all by the second death.”
To the Church in Pergamum
12 “To the angel of the church in Pergamum write:
These are the words of him who has the sharp, double-edged sword. 13 I know where you live—where Satan has his throne. Yet you remain true to my name. You did not renounce your faith in me, not even in the days of Antipas, my faithful witness, who was put to death in your city—where Satan lives.
14 Nevertheless, I have a few things against you: There are some among you who hold to the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to entice the Israelites to sin so that they ate food sacrificed to idols and committed sexual immorality. 15 Likewise, you also have those who hold to the teaching of the Nicolaitans. 16 Repent therefore! Otherwise, I will soon come to you and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.
17 Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who is victorious, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give that person a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to the one who receives it.”
To the Church in Thyatira
18 “To the angel of the church in Thyatira write:
These are the words of the Son of God, whose eyes are like blazing fire and whose feet are like burnished bronze. 19 I know your deeds, your love and faith, your service and perseverance, and that you are now doing more than you did at first.
20 Nevertheless, I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophet. By her teaching she misleads my servants into sexual immorality and the eating of food sacrificed to idols. 21 I have given her time to repent of her immorality, but she is unwilling. 22 So I will cast her on a bed of suffering, and I will make those who commit adultery with her suffer intensely, unless they repent of her ways. 23 I will strike her children dead. Then all the churches will know that I am he who searches hearts and minds, and I will repay each of you according to your deeds.
24 Now I say to the rest of you in Thyatira, to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets, ‘I will not impose any other burden on you, 25 except to hold on to what you have until I come.’
26 To the one who is victorious and does my will to the end, I will give authority over the nations— 27 that one ‘will rule them with an iron scepter and will dash them to pieces like pottery’—just as I have received authority from my Father. 28 I will also give that one the morning star. 29 Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”
We have great reason for hope and encouragement is what the apostle told us to do with it.
