Ignorance and The Law
Entertained, as usual. Once upon a time about 20 years ago I was ignorant concerning the law like the vast majority of people in the United States.
Ignorance in some cases is entertaining for those in the know. The entertainment factor comes from spectacles such as alleged “LAWMAKERS? AOC (she looks like a horse), Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer as well the fake black woman Kamala Harris and the man who would be king, but he knows better, Joe Biden.
The idea behind lawmakers is to make laws. Laws are based in logic and truth or they will surely not pass Constitutional Scrutiny. Laws also are guided by precedent set forth by higher courts meaning federal district courts and their appellate circuit(s) courts and the United States Supreme Court.
US District Courts
The district courts as I have explained prior are actually the most powerful human beings on earth. They can act whether in error or as per law autonomously and without any repercussions sitting essentially as judges for life with absolute immunity.
I have sued one. I actually merely named him and treating him with white gloves notified him he had acted without jurisdiction to hold me for 40 days. And he had. A court’s primary responsibility is to determine jurisdiction.
A court acting without jurisdiction acts outside the boundaries of the law. A federal district court so acting violates the Constitution. I promise you, I know more about the law than Chief Justice Roberts.
I have very little respect for anything Bush HW or Dubya did in the political arena HW Announcing the New World Order and Dubya destabilizing power in the middle east.
Authority In The United States
Now the authority in the United States lies not with any king or authority figure but with the founding document ratified by the legislatures of fifty states. “We The People.”
The document issues all sorts of limitations on the government and state power brokers whom, as that class of criminals, have been the greatest mass murderers and abusers under heaven.
That is why their powers are restricted and divided. I thank God it is difficult to get anything done under this democratic republic and point to history as the story of men’s governing authorities and their abuses of their own citizens and those whom they may also choose to abuse.

Most of what government has done under the sun has not been worth the doing nor benefitted those they’ve done it unto.
Ignorant Lawmakers or Manipulators?
Law makers (alleged) should not be anywhere near as ignorant about the law as these. The list mentioned above.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg died last week. The LAST thing under consideration Obooba, is her last wish to her grand daughter. But we do know you are ignorant of the law. Why don’t I care? Because the law requires a different result.
“… and [the President] shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.” (US Constitution)
That word Shall, in the above clause of the Constitution is a “command”, for starters. President Trump is commanded to appoint a nominee to replace the missing Justice.
Anderson v. Yungkau, 329 U. S. 482, 485. Cited within Alabama v Bozeman, 533 US 146 (2001) stated: “However, the Agreement’s language militates against an implicit exception, for it is absolute, as the word “shall” is ordinarily the language of command.”
Trump SHALL Appoint a Justice By Command Of Law
The unanimous Opinion of the Supreme Court indicates for a certainty President Trump SHALL put forth a nominee. He is not allowed, BY LAW, to leave it undone until the election is settled.
Obama did his duty in appointing Garland and so also the Senate did their duty, as they saw it and did not approve the president’s choice. The clause reads:
“… and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court.”
Now based on that episode Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, AOC and a long list of activist government and non government fans most multi millionaires like Cher (loose woman) and Rob Reiner (meathead) and Chelsea Clinton and Momma Benghazi) who think Trump should honor the dying wish of Ginsburg and whom else does not care? I DON’T!
Coming Conservative Court
I’m not completely convinced a conservative court will go over that well with the “everyone gets a trophy” generation and the rest but a conservative court we are going to have.
The majority of us out here are fed up with the A.N.T.I.F.A. and BLM Inc. (The video proves they are mostly white people) We do not want Antifa and BLM running the country as the Brown Shirts of Nazi Germany and we will have law and order. Mark My Words!
Many in the Democrat Party (That’s the one that Booed God (they are under the mistaken impression we made God up … See: Reality HERE) in one of their recent conventions) have encouraged this as a point of creating chaos to try to stop the programs of the President.
Trump! Landslide 2020
That President is soon to be re-elected as I predict by a landslide (TRUMP! LANDSLIDE 2020) because the citizens of all races (Go Candace Owens … Blexit) have greatly benefitted from the intelligently pursued goals as contrast to Democrats whose programs are to pay you off with a pittance for your continued vote in order to keep them in walled communities in mansions fit for kings and queens.
Democrats are the party of Andrew Jackson who said the “The Only Good Indian Is a Dead Indian.” The party of the Confederate States of America whose goals were to continue slavery. Democrats the party of the KKK and Margaret Sanger (Hillary’s Hero) whose desire to eliminate “the weeds of the inferior races” as she said led to Planned Parenthood and Sixty Million DEAD BABIES later the party of Abortion still benefits from LBJ and his Great Society providing the pittance for the votes creating a permanent underclass of human beings raised in poverty most without any daddy in the home to vote for the Democrats who really care. Not one Democrat (NOT ONE) voted for the voting rights act either.
All Sniveling Aside
Soon, this Week, our President will nominate a Judge to replace Ginsburg. The Senate will likely approve the appointee as the next Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. The growing conservative Americans will likely celebrate. The radicals are free to raise a ruckus but it will be put down very quickly. Decades in federal prison await any who burn destroy, loot and murder as they have been allowed and encouraged to do. That program has backfired on the Democrats also. I’d say they’re pretty well discredited as a political party, finally. Thank God. (Boo him some more Democrats).
