Judge Barrett And Circus
Judge Amy Coney Barrett is currently being subjected to what I call a circus. Complete with the monkeys (actually chimpanzees in a real circus) and clowns. The clown cars: 1) ACA; 2) Roe v Wade; 3) Constitutionality of Trump appointment. Justice Amy Coney Barrett will be the result of her very stellar performance in the circus.
I write about what is genuine here a couple times a week or more, depending on inspiration of the Spirit to write. I am informed by the Sensuous Curmudgeon that I am barely literate and I’m sure I make enough writing errors to prove his case.
Managing, however, to communicate coherently enough for general use. I write about what is true and what is not true as a general vein. I write about the Gospel of Jesus, the Christ (Greek for Messiah) and the historic accuracy of the Bible’s predictions in advance from the prophets’ perspective. OBJECTIVE EVIDENCE HERE!
God Tells History In Advance
God boasts at Isaiah 46: 8-13:
“Remember this, keep it in mind, take it to heart, you rebels. 9 Remember the former things, those of long ago; I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me. 10 I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.’ 11 From the east I summon a bird of prey; from a far-off land, a man to fulfill my purpose. What I have said, that I will bring about; what I have planned, that I will do. 12 Listen to me, you stubborn-hearted, you who are now far from my righteousness. 13 I am bringing my righteousness near, it is not far away; and my salvation will not be delayed. What God says here is either TRUE or FALSE. Next we search logic inasmuch If Then comes into play If it is objectively true, then a response is required. The loud skeptics way over there ridiculing God without knowing it to be objectively true or not are total fools. Those fools are the renowned and revered among academia.

My credentials: I write about the Bible and I went to Bible College at NOWHERE STATE. That’s right I’m not credentialed in the Bible.
I earned my law expertise under fire in twin federal court pro se wins in 2003 coming in the Eighth and then Tenth Circuits of the US Courts. Pro se means “in my own right” in essence meaning I won without any lawyer. Then I went on to beat eight more professional lawyers. Ten to nothing.
One of these days I will write a book about that. I am not a recognized officer of any court, have no legal credentials and am unavailable for hire (though I believe I am the best available and would never allow a lawyer to Re Present me, HERE) since the University and Bar Association Unconstitutional monopolies ban me representing anyone else in their courts of law (smelling my fingers like uncle Max in the Sound of Music). Abraham Lincoln was self educated and he was among the best lawyers.
BSME
I hold a BSME (Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering) from the University of Kansas. A Harvard guy was in a restaurant. A KU man was at the table next to him. The KU man asked the Harvard guy, “Are you from Harvard? The Harvard guy, “Why Yes, I’m surprised a KU man would gather this information. “How could you tell I graduated Harvard?” The KU Man, “I can tell from your manner of speech and the way you carry yourself.” The KU Man “How do you know I went to KU?” The Harvard man, “I saw your class ring while you were picking your nose.”
My mom when I was young, once sat in a room full of ladies in the south. New Orleans, Louisiana, home of Southern Bells and Saturn V SV1. Some of the ladies were working class. Others were college educated like mom. Some thought they were all that and a bag of chips as they say. One Bell of the South was going and blowing about her status, family and glorious lineage. Mom saw some of the lesser status ladies were uncomfortable with the conversation’s subject.

Current Dark Ages
College degrees are, in our day given away. It is not anywhere near as impressive as it once was to hold a doctorate. Hear me say Whoopty Doo. My original interest outside motorcycles and Rock-N-Roll/Blues Guitar was history.
History? Here is my take on history especially pertinent to the current political situation in the United States. If you give away college degrees to anyone with the money to enroll, even giving and loaning the required money you get what you pay for. We are inexplicably in a growing dark age, caused by manipulation in education.
Well if you live in a country founded on freedom and a narrative creed you must continue to hold fact as paramount and perpetuate the narrative creed. Also you may not exclude anyone meaning groups as the Democrat Party has done for 150 plus years. The American creed is the narrative of actual history, inasmuch as bright people realized the greatest dangers on earth were not “solved by government.” The greatest danger on earth were governments.
Governments and Mass Murder
Consolidated power mixed with the corrupted character of men and women leads to an unleashing of unrestrained debauchery eventually leading to forced labor and mass murder. Alexander Solzhenitsyn revealed this in regard to Stalin’s Soviet Union in his non-fiction and Novels.
Governments from Nimrod (Tower of Babel) onward to King George issued edicts (think everyone joyously baked bricks and built Nimrod’s tower in the hot sun) or was he an enslaver? Government since then, has killed more people than all other organized and non-organized crime in history.
Freedom to speak allows me to reveal that Governments killed more people in the Twentieth Century than all government murders in all of prior history combined. Around 170,000,000 murders by Governments directly or in the wars of the Twentieth Century.
Good news for governments with almost Eight Billion People they will have opportunity to kill perhaps 3 Billion in the 21st Century. Something around that number is actually prophesied in the Bible which is the most accurate of history books actually told in advance all events landing precisely as foretold with specificity on the timelines of world history. As I have objectively shown in mathematical proofs worthy of Newton’s own in Physics, HERE, God wins all lotteries.
Most White People Were Not Slave Owners
History of the United States and BLM/ANTIFA. Let’s get right to it. Looking at the census from 1860 (the year confederates fired on Fort Sumpter) the beginning of the American Civil War which was pushed for by Abolitionist Republicans who’d elected Abraham Lincoln also an Abolitionist (wanted to end slavery), we find 98.7 percent of white (Caucasian) Americans DID NOT OWN SLAVES.
Meaning 98.7 out of 100 were not white devils whipping the black man to pick more cotton. That was white (mostly white, though there were black southern slave owners) Democrat Slave owners in the south. The opposition to the Union Cause of Abolitionist Republicans.
So 13.3% or 13.3 in 100 People (All of them Democrats) owned slaves. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris come from families that owned multiples of slaves. So what do you do, when your slaves have been emancipated by northern Yankees in a bitter war?
Democrat Response To Emancipated Black Americans
Knights of the White Camelia i.e. the KKK because you are offended. The defeated looking at black Republican Representatives sent from their state to represent the freedmen Negroes? Especially where they gave 40 acres of land that was previously theirs and a mule to each of them in order for these people recently set free to begin their new lives.
So what did the former slave owners do? Intimidated them in bed sheets with murders and lynching to terrify them (Terrorists) and try to keep them from voting. Senator Robert Byrd was Joe Biden’s mentor Joe says. Byrd was a Grand Dragon in the KKK.
Biden wrote the sentencing guidelines in the draconian law (1990’s) designed to incarcerate black men, women and others under the minimum sentencing guidelines and it was signed into law by Bill Clinton. This horrible law recently reversed by President Donald Trump and Republicans in the legislature.
BLM? White lives were sacrificed in 1860 thru 1865 in a bitter war between countrymen to end slavery and rebellion among those who owned slaves. HERE is my post on the subject. Since the Great Society of President Johnson in the 1960’s, a pittance has been thrown to single (singles only we don’t want no daddy in your house) welfare mothers as they are called, with other impotent programs, to keep black people voting Democrat.
Democrats are the party of slavery, the KKK and Jim Crow. Since Trump and restoring actual free markets and renegotiated trade and reduction in taxes Blexit has finally begun. My Girl Candace Owens, with others instrumental in the actual awakening rather than Kaepernick and LeBron destroying sports through their Woke nonsense.
“Duped” in actual fact, the flag they disrespect was the battle flag of the armies of white, and black Republican Christian Abolitionists who fought the war to end their ancestor’s slavery.
Justice Amy Coney Barrett
Expert in Law (Ok, who wants a shot at the title?), Math (BSME) and the Bible (No I don’t read commentaries or care what any church father had to say) I will address the Amy Coney Barrett Circus. I do not see her as a deer in the headlights. She is among the most competent people on earth and seems dumbfounded by the ignorance she is forced to endure. She clerked for Justice Scalia and whether you hate him or like him is immaterial. The fact is Antonin Scalia was a brilliant and competent Justice.
Amy Coney Barrett lectured as a professor at Notre Dame (I’d prefer she was protestant but that’s my prejudice) and then was appointed and confirmed to the United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She has done such a great job there, her reputation landed her a place on the appointment list of the President for his potential appointments to the Supreme Court of the United States.
President Trump was president the day Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed. The sitting President according to the statutory language of the US Constitution “SHALL” nominate a replacement for a deceased Justice.
That is a legal term and is the “language of command.” In other words the Constitution (enumerating constitutional authority over Presidents, Legislators, states and Courts) limiting the power of the mass murdering organized crime family called government commands the President to appoint a Justice.

So when you hear IGNORANT CRIMINALS scream this is unconstitutional you are listening to a BIG FAT LIE in attempt to manipulate you and Democrats who rely on being able to dupe the people. This stands to reason from Mr. Biden as SEEN HERE Joe “PinnichiJoe” Biden, is a Big Fat Liar. “Biden, you’re a liar”, Chris Queen.
Judge Barrett will soon be addressed as Justice Barrett a professional of uncommon ability and integrity (I loved her showing them the blank tablet when they asked about her notes. That’s how I do it.) will in compliance with the Constitution based on the advice (lots of bad advice) and consent of the US Senate.
She will very likely be confirmed by the majority Republican Senate later this week or next. Lindsey Graham has announced a vote to be taken on October 22, 2020. It is all done exactly as the Constitution prescribes.
Activist Legislative Judges
The Democrats in the hearing reveal an underlying implicit reality inasmuch as they want judges who are legislators on the bench. Will you overturn ACA? Judge Barrett refusing per the Ginsburg rule to consider their theoretical cases and render some sort of imagined ruling tries to explain to braindead legislators the statutory language of the laws they passed either passes through judicial review to be in compliance with the Constitution or not.
Judge Barret tried to clue them in on the subject of severability where a law may stand or fall in regard to constitutionality when on clause may be removed allowing the entire law to stand or it must remain for that law to be constitutional. A concept beyond the understanding of those unfamiliar with the law used by a few Democrats to try to cause consternation toward the coming election.
To all you evangelicals and Catholics I seriously doubt the Supreme Court after fifty years is, with a divided electorate, going to suddenly convene and reverse Roe v Wade. I am familiar with Stare decisis as partially explained here from Cornell University’s Website:

ACA, Obamacare
ACA is the big talking point in the election for Democrats so it was not surprising the Democrat Senators hammered and hammered on Judge Barrett trying to get her to offer any theoretical philosophy or decision.
Roberts stretched to define the penalty for not having insurance claiming it to be a tax because as he stated, if I recall his intention to return ACA to the legislature to correct and amend the law.
Let’s get real here. My opinion, The Democrats want a single payer health system in the United States where no one can seek health care outside Uncle Sugar’s (as the convicts call the government) program. This is usurpation of the private healthcare industry including health providers, insurance providers and under such a Marxist move we want Justices who read the text and interpret it as originally written, because the right to private property is enumerated in the Fifth Amendment to protect citizens from the biggest gang in town, the government and officials whose desire is centralized power with themselves, in power watching everyone else bake the bricks.
She Will Be Great
I believe Justice Amy Barrett will be a great addition to the court and think activists on the left and activists on the right may neither intimidate or coerce her decision. Her decisions will be legally rendered from the frameworks of judicial consideration.
