Musician’s Wisdom
Long ago now, while pursuing Rock Stardom in the club scene it was impossible to succeed through playing original material. The adage goes, “People do not know what they like, They like what they know.”
Same holds true with religion. With paltry growth rates among (ESSENTIALLY FRUITLESS) churches amounting to 5% per congregation per annum in the United States, the reality is most who call themselves Christians have been indoctrinated being raised in denominational or alleged non-denominational frameworks.
People learn things from their elders as children for the most part never spending their time in serious pursuit of the Lord through the Scriptures. Further, they defer to experts with crowns from the various seminaries.
Seminaries, Enshrined Doctrine, Traditions Of Men
Many begin to read in Matthew and believe they are reading “The Gospel.” Some translations even state “The Gospel According To Saint Matthew.” While the Synoptic Gospels (Mark, Matthew, Luke) do contain narratives of the life of Jesus and the underlying truth of the matters, Jesus was not preaching the gospel as the Book of Matthew’s heading implies and as Jesus expressly states.
Jesus spoke exclusively to Jews (Judah, Benjamin and the Levite Priests) of the coming of Messiah and the “kingdom of heaven.” Reading in Matthew 10: 5-7:
“These twelve Jesus sent out with the following instructions: “Do not go among the Gentiles or enter any town of the Samaritans. 6 Go rather to the lost sheep of Israel. 7 As you go, proclaim this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven has come near.’ 8 Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give. (NIV)
More clearly Jesus states this in Matthew 15: 21-28, speaking to a Canaanite Woman:
“Leaving that place, Jesus withdrew to the region of Tyre and Sidon. 22 A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is demon-possessed and suffering terribly.”
23 Jesus did not answer a word. So his disciples came to him and urged him, “Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us.”
24 He answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel.”
25 The woman came and knelt before him. “Lord, help me!” she said.
26 He replied, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to the dogs.”
27 “Yes it is, Lord,” she said. “Even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master’s table.”
28 Then Jesus said to her, “Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted.” And her daughter was healed at that moment.” (NIV)
Reading what Jesus expressly said was for Jews and not for Gentiles over the New Testament church is anathema, as Peter later explains in Acts 15: 6-11:
“The apostles and elders met to consider this question. 7 After much discussion, Peter got up and addressed them: “Brothers, you know that some time ago God made a choice among you that the Gentiles might hear from my lips the message of the gospel and believe. 8 God, who knows the heart, showed that he accepted them by giving the Holy Spirit to them, just as he did to us. 9 He did not discriminate between us and them, for he purified their hearts by faith. 10 Now then, why do you try to test God by putting on the necks of Gentiles a yoke that neither we nor our ancestors have been able to bear? 11 No! We believe it is through the grace of our Lord Jesus that we are saved, just as they are.” (NIV)
No one is save by obedience to the law or anything else except the Spirit of truth.
Matthew, Mark, Luke John And Acts, Transitional Books
While Jesus spoke he was a Jew under the law of Israel, given by Moses. That law he fulfilled for all and no obligation to that law remained. Now, the Nazarene preacher from the seminary in Kansas City pointed out to me, Jesus said at Matthew 23: 1-5:
Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples: 2 “The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. 3 So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach. 4 They tie up heavy, cumbersome loads and put them on other people’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them. (NIV)
It is important to realize the law of Moses also remained in force as the law of Israel for about 40 years after Jesus’ death, resurrection and glorification. All these peoples’ sins were paid for by Jesus’ work on the cross, however, the political leaders rejected Jesus yet still had the authority over the politics and their now obsolete religion.
Paul, Jesus’ chosen instrument to reveal his name to Gentiles, their rulers and Israel puts it like this in Hebrews 7: 11-22:
“If perfection could have been attained through the Levitical priesthood—and indeed the law given to the people established that priesthood—why was there still need for another priest to come, one in the order of Melchizedek, not in the order of Aaron? 12 For when the priesthood is changed, the law must be changed also. 13 He of whom these things are said belonged to a different tribe, and no one from that tribe has ever served at the altar. 14 For it is clear that our Lord descended from Judah, and in regard to that tribe Moses said nothing about priests. 15 And what we have said is even more clear if another priest like Melchizedek appears, 16 one who has become a priest not on the basis of a regulation as to his ancestry but on the basis of the power of an indestructible life. 17 For it is declared:
“You are a priest forever,
in the order of Melchizedek.”[a]
18 The former regulation is set aside because it was weak and useless 19 (for the law made nothing perfect), and a better hope is introduced, by which we draw near to God.
20 And it was not without an oath! Others became priests without any oath, 21 but he became a priest with an oath when God said to him:
“The Lord has sworn
and will not change his mind:
‘You are a priest forever.’”[b]
22 Because of this oath, Jesus has become the guarantor of a better covenant.
23 Now there have been many of those priests, since death prevented them from continuing in office; 24 but because Jesus lives forever, he has a permanent priesthood. 25 Therefore he is able to save completely[c] those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.
26 Such a high priest truly meets our need—one who is holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners, exalted above the heavens. 27 Unlike the other high priests, he does not need to offer sacrifices day after day, first for his own sins, and then for the sins of the people. He sacrificed for their sins once for all when he offered himself. 28 For the law appoints as high priests men in all their weakness; but the oath, which came after the law, appointed the Son, who has been made perfect forever. (NIV)
Thus as Peter and the rest of the apostles including James with approval of the Holy Spirit state in Acts 15: 11, Peter:
“Now then, why do you try to test God by putting on the necks of Gentiles a yoke that neither we nor our ancestors have been able to bear? 11 No! We believe it is through the grace of our Lord Jesus that we are saved, just as they are.” (NIV)
Jesus, himself in Matthew 5: 18, in the most misread and misapplied verse in scripture concisely states:
“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. (NIV)
So there are entire denominations founded on these two verses by “false teachers of the law.” Because in the next verse Jesus says:
“Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.” (NIV)
The path to righteousness is completely laid bare, in this context at Romans 10: 4:
“Christ is the culmination of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.” (NIV)
The Lord speaks for himself. The apostles began in Jerusalem under the law and wandered this wilderness of law versus grace for forty years until God made it plain for them by destroying the temple, dispersing the Levites and ending Israel as a nation until the prophesied return in the last days.
No one who is rational can claim the law is of any further effect after that day coming in 70 A.D. when Arabs and Assyrians in service to Rome destroyed Jerusalem fulfilling Jesus’ prophecy to his apostles there in Matthew 24.
The United States
In 722 B.C. (BCE if you like) the Assyrians besieged Samaria the capitol of Israel (northern ten tribes) and in 724 B.C. took the city.
Reading Hosea as well as Isaiah, and the “minor prophets” (as though any word or prophecy by God is minor) many things were prophesied about the house of Israel (northern ten tribes also called Ephraim in scripture). See also: Jeremiah 31: 31-34 separating the house of Israel from the house of Judah (Jews) as we see in fulfillment of many prophecies in the earth.
But, the point is that the seminaries in our day overwhelmingly discourage eschatology or the study of things to come from prophecy in relation to world events.
Peter on the other hand encouraged it. Here beginning with Peter’s encouragement and instruction in making you election sure: 2 Peter 1: 1-
“Simon Peter, a servant and apostle of Jesus Christ,
To those who through the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ have received a faith as precious as ours:
2 Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.
Confirming One’s Calling and Election
3 His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. 4 Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.
5 For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; 6 and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; 7 and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. 8 For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 But whoever does not have them is nearsighted and blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their past sins.
10 Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things, you will never stumble, 11 and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” (NIV)
More on this salvation by grace through faith, at the end of the post.
Peter On Prophecy And It’s Importance
Peter lays out the big picture as the Old Testament and the New amounts to a third of the Bible’s content which concerns prophecy and eschatology for the church. And Israel as we view it today.
“For we did not follow cleverly devised stories when we told you about the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ in power, but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty. 17 He received honor and glory from God the Father when the voice came to him from the Majestic Glory, saying, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”[b] 18 We ourselves heard this voice that came from heaven when we were with him on the sacred mountain.
19 We also have the prophetic message as something completely reliable, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. 20 Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things. 21 For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.” (NIV)
So why do these seminaries and the churches resultant not pay attention to it? There have been abuses whereby those who’ve lost touch with the head as Paul states have made date predictions of the coming of the Lord.
But Peter says these prophetic words are completely reliable. Prophecy stated by the Holy Spirit must also be read and interpreted by the Holy Spirit. Jesus also explained this in John 16: 12-14:
“I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear. 13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. 14 He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you. 15 All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what he will make known to you.” (NIV)
My faith is in Jesus and the Holy Spirit whom has taught me many things just as he here stated he will.
Jacob Called Israel Prophesied Over His Sons
In Genesis 49 we find Jacob called his sons together near the end of his life and made predictions about their future generations.
Jacob Prophecies Over Joseph’s Sons
But we find Jacob in Genesis 48 prophesying over Joseph’s children Manasseh and Ephraim called the two half tribes of Israel a more detailed prophesy than those over their uncles and father. Genesis 48: 1-22:
“Some time later Joseph was told, “Your father is ill.” So he took his two sons Manasseh and Ephraim along with him. 2 When Jacob was told, “Your son Joseph has come to you,” Israel rallied his strength and sat up on the bed.
3 Jacob said to Joseph, “God Almighty appeared to me at Luz in the land of Canaan, and there he blessed me 4 and said to me, ‘I am going to make you fruitful and increase your numbers. I will make you a community of peoples, and I will give this land as an everlasting possession to your descendants after you.’
5 “Now then, your two sons born to you in Egypt before I came to you here will be reckoned as mine; Ephraim and Manasseh will be mine, just as Reuben and Simeon are mine. 6 Any children born to you after them will be yours; in the territory they inherit they will be reckoned under the names of their brothers. 7 As I was returning from Paddan, to my sorrow Rachel died in the land of Canaan while we were still on the way, a little distance from Ephrath. So I buried her there beside the road to Ephrath” (that is, Bethlehem).
8 When Israel saw the sons of Joseph, he asked, “Who are these?”
9 “They are the sons God has given me here,” Joseph said to his father.
Then Israel said, “Bring them to me so I may bless them.”
10 Now Israel’s eyes were failing because of old age, and he could hardly see. So Joseph brought his sons close to him, and his father kissed them and embraced them.
11 Israel said to Joseph, “I never expected to see your face again, and now God has allowed me to see your children too.”
12 Then Joseph removed them from Israel’s knees and bowed down with his face to the ground. 13 And Joseph took both of them, Ephraim on his right toward Israel’s left hand and Manasseh on his left toward Israel’s right hand, and brought them close to him. 14 But Israel reached out his right hand and put it on Ephraim’s head, though he was the younger, and crossing his arms, he put his left hand on Manasseh’s head, even though Manasseh was the firstborn.
15 Then he blessed Joseph and said,
“May the God before whom my fathers
Abraham and Isaac walked faithfully,
the God who has been my shepherd
all my life to this day,
16 the Angel who has delivered me from all harm
—may he bless these boys.
May they be called by my name
and the names of my fathers Abraham and Isaac,
and may they increase greatly
on the earth.”
17 When Joseph saw his father placing his right hand on Ephraim’s head he was displeased; so he took hold of his father’s hand to move it from Ephraim’s head to Manasseh’s head. 18 Joseph said to him, “No, my father, this one is the firstborn; put your right hand on his head.”
19 But his father refused and said, “I know, my son, I know. He too will become a people, and he too will become great. Nevertheless, his younger brother will be greater than he, and his descendants will become a group of nations.” 20 He blessed them that day and said,
“In your name will Israel pronounce this blessing:
‘May God make you like Ephraim and Manasseh.’”
So he put Ephraim ahead of Manasseh.
21 Then Israel said to Joseph, “I am about to die, but God will be with you and take you back to the land of your fathers. 22 And to you I give one more ridge of land than to your brothers, the ridge I took from the Amorites with my sword and my bow.”
Several interesting points here. Just like the life of Jacob the younger is placed ahead of the elder, as Jacob received the blessing of Isaac in the place of Esau. And the younger becomes a group of nations. A group such as a group of soldiers, a group of protesters, a group of cheerleaders implies they are gathered together in one place. The younger comes after the elder. Hang onto that while we explore further.
Hosea Prophecies About Ephraim (Northern Ten Tribes)
Hosea speaks on Ephraim beginning with the Lord commanding him to marry a promiscuous woman. Gomer was that woman. Hosea was made by the Lord to mercifully deal with her adulteries and prostitutions. A picture of Israel’s (northern ten tribes) sin, adultery (other gods) and unfaithfulness. Hosea 1: 3-5:
“So he married Gomer daughter of Diblaim, and she conceived and bore him a son.
4 Then the Lord said to Hosea, “Call him Jezreel, because I will soon punish the house of Jehu for the massacre at Jezreel, and I will put an end to the kingdom of Israel. 5 In that day I will break Israel’s bow in the Valley of Jezreel.” (NIV)
Gomer and Hosea had more children and the Lord instructed Hosea what to name them and why to show his displeasure.
“Gomer conceived again and gave birth to a daughter. Then the Lord said to Hosea, “Call her Lo-Ruhamah (which means “not loved”), for I will no longer show love to Israel, that I should at all forgive them. 7 Yet I will show love to Judah; and I will save them—not by bow, sword or battle, or by horses and horsemen, but I, the Lord their God, will save them.”
8 After she had weaned Lo-Ruhamah, Gomer had another son. 9 Then the Lord said, “Call him Lo-Ammi (which means “not my people”), for you are not my people, and I am not your God.”
Clear prophecy of the coming of Jesus, the messiah to Judah but not Israel.
But the eternal promise to Abraham is to be kept by God whose word is his eternal seal and his glory. Hosea repeats the words of the covenant made to Abraham in Genesis 15: 7-16:
“He [God] also said to him, “I am the Lord, who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldeans to give you this land to take possession of it.”
8 But Abram said, “Sovereign Lord, how can I know that I will gain possession of it?”
9 So the Lord said to him, “Bring me a heifer, a goat and a ram, each three years old, along with a dove and a young pigeon.”
10 Abram brought all these to him, cut them in two and arranged the halves opposite each other; the birds, however, he did not cut in half. 11 Then birds of prey came down on the carcasses, but Abram drove them away.
12 As the sun was setting, Abram fell into a deep sleep, and a thick and dreadful darkness came over him. 13 Then the Lord said to him, “Know for certain that for four hundred years your descendants will be strangers in a country not their own and that they will be enslaved and mistreated there. 14 But I will punish the nation they serve as slaves, and afterward they will come out with great possessions. 15 You, however, will go to your ancestors in peace and be buried at a good old age. 16 In the fourth generation your descendants will come back here, for the sin of the Amorites has not yet reached its full measure.” (NIV)
When the sin of the Amorites reached its full measure the Hebrews returned under Moses, then Joshua. The land was given by God to Abraham and his descendants “forever.” Replacement theology along with Dominionist ideas are the devil’s tools.
Genesis 15: 17-21 God lays out the deed, given to Abraham, forever. In chapter 16 we find the source of more false teaching whereby Abraham lay with Hagar mother of Ishmael who was sent East into the desert for his persecution of Isaac and we have a cloud of teachers, including this Pope, claiming Islam is equal to Judaism in stature and that Islam, Judah and Christianity all worship the same God.
Look they say Muslims love Jesus. Yet they deny he died on the cross or was raised from the dead and claim he will return to aid the Mahdi in correcting the Christians for thinking Jesus is the Son of God (Just like it says on the Dome of the Rock) and Jews slaughtering those who will not convert to Islam as they have done for 1400 years. Hardly the same God huh?
The next chapter lays out the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah for sexual immorality (yeah whatever … more false teachers revealed), rape and assuredly idolatry and murder. Utterly wicked.
Abraham’s testing by the Lord’s command he sacrifice Isaac leads to the promise Hosea restated in Chapter 1: Genesis 22:
“The angel of the Lord called to Abraham from heaven a second time 16 and said, “I swear by myself, declares the Lord, that because you have done this and have not withheld your son, your only son, 17 I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies, 18 and through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed, because you have obeyed me.” (NIV)
Here is how the mystery of God was accomplished:
“Therefore I am now going to allure her; I will lead her into the wilderness and speak tenderly to her. 5 There I will give her back her vineyards, and will make the Valley of Achor a door of hope. There she will respond as in the days of her youth, as in the day she came up out of Egypt. 16 “In that day,” declares the Lord, you will call me ‘my husband’; you will no longer call me ‘my master.’ I will remove the names of the Baals from her lips; no longer will their names be invoked. 8 In that day I will make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, the birds in the sky and the creatures that move along the ground. Bow and sword and battle I will abolish from the land, so that all may lie down in safety. 19 I will betroth you to me forever; I will betroth you in righteousness and justice,in love and compassion. 20 I will betroth you in faithfulness, and you will acknowledge the Lord. “In that day I will respond,” declares the Lord—“I will respond to the skies, and they will respond to the earth; 2 and the earth will respond to the grain, the new wine and the olive oil, and they will respond to Jezreel. 23 I will plant her for myself in the land; I will show my love to the one I called ‘Not my loved one.’ I will say to those called ‘Not my people,’ ‘You are my people’; and they will say, ‘You are my God.’” (NIV)
I am unable here to lay out all the scripture (it would take a couple of books) but we have a significant prophecy pointing to Ephraim and Manasseh. Amos Hosea, Zechariah and Isaiah [Jonathan Cahn … The Harbinger based around Isaiah 9: 10 a book I recommend as I also speak to 9/11 in my books for the same reasons] and other prophets speak to Ephraim’s eventual prophetic fulfillment.
But we are looking for God’s glory here in what he said “END FROM THE BEGINNING”.
Finally at the end of Hosea 14 after an entire book of scathing indictment for Ephraim’s worshipping Baal and sacrificing their children to these idols then worshipping riches and power, the Lord and seeking aid from other nations and not the Lord and the rest God returns Hosea to the promises he made to Abraham.
Amos has much to say about many nations declaring the Lord’s judgment including on Judah and Israel he states he will “shake the people into many nations.” The Jews of Judah had priests and the Book of the law to retain their connection to their ancient land.
The people of Ephraim (northern kingdom) had none of these in Samaria. Over the centuries after their banishment from Israel to the caucus mountains and replacement by Assyrians in Samaria and surrounds these Israelites lost their identities and connection to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and the land of Israel.
Amos 9: 9 The Lord’s revelation to the prophet of the events of the aftermath of the Assyrian
“Surely the eyes of the Sovereign Lordare on the sinful kingdom. I will destroy it
from the face of the earth. Yet I will not totally destroy the descendants of Jacob,”
declares the Lord. 9 “For I will give the command, and I will shake the people of Israel
among all the nations as grain is shaken in a sieve, and not a pebble will reach the ground. 10 All the sinners among my people will die by the sword, all those who say, ‘Disaster will not overtake or meet us.’ (NIV)
In Ezekiel we find in chapter 37 the Valley of dry bones prophesy speaking as Jeremiah in Jer. 31: 31-37 of the Lord promising to place his Spirit in his people so they live, though they are dead.
Then in Ezekiel 16-
“The word of the Lord came to me:16 “Son of man, take a stick of wood and write on it, ‘Belonging to Judah and the Israelites associated with him.’ Then take another stick of wood, and write on it, ‘Belonging to Joseph (that is, to Ephraim) and all the Israelites associated with him.’ 17 Join them together into one stick so that they will become one in your hand.
18 “When your people ask you, ‘Won’t you tell us what you mean by this?’ 19 say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I am going to take the stick of Joseph—which is in Ephraim’s hand—and of the Israelite tribes associated with him, and join it to Judah’s stick. I will make them into a single stick of wood, and they will become one in my hand.’ 20 Hold before their eyes the sticks you have written on 21 and say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land. 22 I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. There will be one king over all of them and they will never again be two nations or be divided into two kingdoms. 23 They will no longer defile themselves with their idols and vile images or with any of their offenses, for I will save them from all their sinful backsliding, and I will cleanse them. They will be my people, and I will be their God.” (NIV)
We need to ask here, what are these Israelite tribes (nations associated with Joseph (that is Ephraim)? Daniel tells us, though even he did not understand the things of the vision:
In Daniel Chapter 12 of his amazing collection of prophecies. Israel being God’s timer as scholars say, the Holy Spirit through Daniel marked off time in the prophetic utterings. I am humbled and amazed to have shared this with thousands of people the world over. Within this website. GO HERE: Sensational Trials 20th Century – The Dawkins Turnip Trial
Daniel 12: 7
“The man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, lifted his right hand and his left hand toward heaven, and I heard him swear by him who lives forever, saying, “It will be for a time, times and half a time. When the power of the holy people has been finally broken, all these things will be completed.”
From the Tanakh we read this, however for Daniel 12: 7:
And I heard the man clad in linen, who was above the waters of the river, and he raised his right hand and his left hand to the heavens, and he swore by the Life of the world, that in the time of [two] times and a half, and when they have ended shattering the strength of the holy people, all these will end. (Tanakh)
This states two times and half a time. 2500 years (Not 3500 years) where hemera (time) is an ambiguous word interpreted per its contextual usage. Peter alerts us as to time on the prophetic time table. 2 Peter 3: 8:
“But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. 9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” (NIV)
The context of Daniel 12 is a then still coming persecution of Jews and Michael rising up to deliver those Jews whose names were written in the book from the foundation of the world. Daniel tells us in 12: 1 of these things.
Daniel 12: 1
“At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered. 2 Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever. 4 But you, Daniel, roll up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge.” (NIV)
The mtDNA should bear this out, however, the reality is that the norther tribes of Israel were overcome and banished by the Assyrians. Beginning in 722 B.C. the Assyrians laid siege to Samaria. Samaria was overcome and sacked in 724 B.C. (BCE if you like).
The Israelites were removed to the caucus mountains. Like the Cherokee “Trail of Tears” they were rounded up and forced to march East to the Black Sea in the areas of the Balkans of Southern Russia. Josephus wrote of these events in very early dawn of history.
There, as remembrance to his promise to Abraham they prospered and became as the stars of the heavens and the sand of the sea, as was prophesied over them in Hosea and Amos yet never returning as also prophesied in Isaiah, Ezekiel and the other prophets.
They were mysterious as they were scattered through the nations like corn and driven west populating lands in that direction. mtDNA Y chromosome analysis is being studied and should genetically show the westward migration of these subjects of Jeroboam in the north of Israel whom the Lord has used in mighty ways.
Returning to Daniel
The man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, lifted his right hand and his left hand toward heaven, and I heard him swear by him who lives forever, saying, “It will be for a time, times and half a time. When the power of the holy people has been finally broken, all these things will be completed.”
As already stated above the Tanakh translates Daniel 12: 7, “in the time of Times and half a Time” [Emphasis added]. 2500.
Remembering Samaria was destroyed in 724 BC (BCE if you like), I present Ephraim:
2500-724 = 1776
Read the overall prophetic profile and discover history. The Brits claim they are Ephraim with Canada, India, Australia, The United States a huge portion of the world trying to claim this as a group of nations.
However, Thomas Jefferson said: “My Country Is Virginia.” That was the original vision and intent that the states were independent countries in the Union of States. A group of Nations!
It was the sin of slavery and Lincoln’s end of it that consolidated federal power as never before and then the First and Second World Wars that trans formed the group of nations into a federal monster that it is today.
In December 1941 the Japanese awakened a country that had grown in 200 years into the a military, commerce powerhouse in the earth. Clearly as the Lord prophesied sword had been removed and people dwelt safely until the Lord brought the sword against us.
Japanese Admiral and Pearl Harbor planner:
“Japanese Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto, who planned the attack on Pearl Harbor would reportedly write in his diary, “I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve.”
After that war where Michael arose to deliver the Jews and reestablish them in their own land right on time per the prophecies the United States became Arrogant, Materialistic (Matthew 6: 24) while still resisting evil in the Cold War.
What is prophesied ahead is a one world government and economy and religion in the complete rejection of the Lord by the majority of the peoples of the earth. The United States is now a place where good is called evil and evil good among it leaders.
Millions of innocent children are being taught nonsense and perversion by these deluded leaders. Many millions have been murdered in their own mothers’ wombs in the name of selfishness. Hatred and racial divide are the battle cry of the day.

The Lord comes to remove his remnant and to let the world have it their way for space of seven years when his nemesis the Fallen One Rules over all who’ve rejected the gift of salvation by grace through faith in Jesus. It’s all there in the book. The power of God’s people is being broken.
There will be wars and rumors of wars as Jesus said. (Matthew 24). The last war will be the entire world against tiny Israel with the Lord God glorifying his name not the name of an adulterous people.
A Quote from an astute preacher.
Are there any ‘anointed’ persons today?
“Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee” (2 Cor. 1:20-22).
“But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.” (I Jn. 2:27).
These verses are unambiguous …The entire body of Christ is ‘anointed’, not just certain people in the body, and all Christians have the same anointing… the same Holy Spirit.”
Paul instructs us in Galatians 5: 1:
“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” (NIV)
Further in Galatians 5: 4, 5:
“You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace. 5 For through the Spirit we eagerly await by faith the righteousness for which we hope.” (NIV)
In Romans 10: 4:
“Christ is the culmination of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believe.” (NIV)
Romans 10:
“Moses writes this about the righteousness that is by the law: “The person who does these things will live by them.” 6 But the righteousness that is by faith says: “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’” (that is, to bring Christ down) 7 “or ‘Who will descend into the deep?’ (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). 8 But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart, that is, the message concerning faith that we proclaim: 9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. 11 As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” 12 For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” (NIV)
There is the how. Call on the name of the Lord in faith. While there is a lot of religious nonsense taught by religious people who don’t know how to divide the Word you cannot find it in Paul’s teachings which he received from Jesus after he was blown out of the saddle and ordained by Jesus in Acts 9: 15. So call on the name of the Lord and be saved.
Paul in Galatian 5 makes it plain what the fruit result of the relationship with Jesus brings forth:
Galatians 5: 13-26:
“You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love. 14 For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” 15 If you bite and devour each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.
16 So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. 17 For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
19 The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. (NIV)
A perfect description of what our alleged leaders in Washington DC are advocating.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.” (NIV)
